"OSUSUME" means recommendations. And for more example,
"今日のおすすめ (KYOU NO OSUSUME) "="Today's recommendations"
"当店のおすすめ (TOUTEN NO OSUSUME) "="Shop's recommendations"
"URIKIRE MASHITA" means that this menu is sold out.
Just only the word "URIKIRE" has same meanings.
"URI (うり)" means to sell and "KIRE (きれ)" means the end.
"ATSUAGE YAKI"
"TAKENOKO NO KUSHIAGE"
"SASAMI KUSHIYAKI WASABI ZOE"
are very very "OISHII" dishes. I love those so much.
"GATSU SASHI" is Sashimi of pork guts.
I'm sure that the foreigners can't understand the reason why Japanese eat pork guts.
In fact, I can't understand either, though I'm Japanese....
